Our management system is based on the principles of AS/NZS ISO 9001-2000. The management system defines our operational procedure and processes to ensure optimum control is established and maintained in all phases of the business.
The company recognises its responsibilities as regards Workplace Health & Safety and in the case of injury to workers, support and rehabilitation are provided to ensure recovery and return to work.
Company Directors
JAG Poly Managing Director John Masters has over 30 years of experience in pumping, irrigation and pipeline systems in areas of design, supply, manufacturing and installation.
After completing an Engineering traineeship with pump manufacturer, Thompson’s (Castlemaine) Pty Ltd and several years as Sales Engineer for Mono Pumps Australia, John became a partner in a pumping and irrigation Retail company, Pumps’n’Pipes Pty Ltd as Sales and Marketing Manager from 1982 to 1996. John focused the business on providing a ‘one stop shop’ approach to companies and end users requiring pumps, piping and irrigation systems.
From 1996 onwards, John has been solely devoted to the Pipeline Industry, firstly in his role as Manager of RI Plastics, a leading manufacturer of polyethylene pipeline fittings and fabrications and now with JAG Poly. This experience combined with technical and business qualifications provides the leadership and direction for JAG Poly to undertake a range of pipeline services to customers across Australasia.

Geoff Cole and Alister Colquhoun, as previous owners and directors of Southwest Water Services, provided products and services to agricultural, domestic and industrial customers Australia wide. They established their original business in October 1995. After the sale of their business in 2007, they continued trading as Water Dynamics until setting up their new business, Warrego Water Services in 2012.
Geoff and Alister have a combined experience of over 50 years in the pumping and irrigation industry. Their knowledge and expertise with the rest of the team is clearly demonstrated to every customer. Water Services was formed to re-establish the core business activities of the original South West Water Services. The new business commenced with the establishment of a Dalby office, managed by Grant Colquhoun. This was followed shortly after with the establishment of a Toowoomba outlet managed by Geoff Cole.
